Recovery session
This Friday morning session is a multi group ride, an easy paced ride allowing those with heavy legs from training and tired from a week of work spin legs out and chat. There are no efforts or surges a constant low intensity ride. It leaves BikeBar at 6am. click here to view map

The Monday and Wednesday sessions leave BikeBar at 6am and head into Centennial park. These sessions are a mixture of learning bike skills, pack etiquette, and building bike fitness. Sessions are focussed on identitfing and giving feedback on skills in a fun safe environment. click here to view map
