Training Peaks
Bikelab has joined forces with Training Peaks to deliver training programs electronically to your computer or your Suunto or Garmin electronic training device. The training Peaks program allows you to upload your training data post session so that coaching staff can analyse and give feedback on individual performance.
BikeLab testing results can be uploaded into Training Peaks giving each athlete copies of their results and links to motion analysis data so that all data is stored in a safe and accessible place.
Training Peaks has a dashboard program within that allows you to view your training data both what has been set by the BikeLab coaching staff as well as how you performed during the individual session, day, week and even block of training.
