V02 Max
VO2 is the volume of oxygen that your body utilises in one minute. Your VO2max therefore refers to the maximal amount of oxygen your body is capable of utilizing in one minute. VO2max is a measure of your capacity for aerobic work and thus, can be a predictor of your potential as an endurance athlete. Of course, there are other factors that come into play: your training, your genes, your body weight, your muscle volume, etc. Still, VO2max is a commonly accepted measure of cardio respiratory fitness.

We here at BikeLab, provide you with the ability to determine your V02 max and have the facilites to help you improve your score and therfore increase your sporting performcance.
The test can be performed on either a bike, treadmill or rower all of which we have on hand at the bikelab and we can therefore give you detailed and accurate results specific to your chosen sport. During the test you will be pushed to your limites whereby we find the amount of oxygen that your body is using when you get to your maximal power output. This is the most accurate and detailed tesing procedure for determining your VO2max.
