Support Package
The Support package is geared towards the athlete beginning in their sport and who want some training direction. The package will offer you a detailed training plan through Training Peaks to help you realize your fitness or weight management goals. If you want to begin your training and not sure what the best direction is to head then this package is for you.

• General training program based on training zones
• Access to Training Peaks website whereby you can view your training program
• Ability to upload your training data e.g. Heart rate via your personal devices onto the website.
• Email access to Bikelab coaches outside training times
